Great Red Vineyard

Saint-Amour is the northernmost Beaujolais Cru and is located on the border of southern Bourgogne.

"Grain de folie" is the blend of three lieux-dits "En Paradis", "A La Folie" and "Au Bonnet" planted on a combination of sandy, clay and granite soils.

A 10-day vatting with carbonic maceration is followed by a fermentation in 10-year-old barrels, resulting in a structured wine with the crispness and fruity taste of Gamay.
